Mr. DeBuhr holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Dakota State and a Business Management, Accounting, Budgeting, Economics and Algebra degree from Sioux Empire College.

Married for the past 49 years to his lovely wife, Janice. They have created a wonderful life together and are grandparents to eight wonderful grandchildren. Their children are their pride and joy, and their grandchildren are adored beyond measure. Unconditional love for all of them.

Mr. DeBuhr is a dedicated member of the City of Canton Recreational Council, Quartermaster for the Local 3164 VFW Post, and Chairman of United Way representing the 114th Air National Guard, and is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

Mr. DeBuhr has an extensive managerial background that began in 2006 when enlisting in South Dakota’s Army National Guard; 211^th Sapper Company. In 2009 Mr. DeBuhr was deployed to Afghanistan to conduct route clearance. After returning home he continued his studies at South Dakota State University. Mr. DeBuhr has focused his passion of protecting his community as Deputy Sheriff with the Charles Mix County Sheriff office and as Chief of Police in Gregory, SD. He currently is still a part of the Army National Guard and plans on retiring in the near future with a service term of 20 years. Mr. DeBuhr has wide-ranging experience in construction and property management, gained experience working with local contractors in the surrounding Sioux Falls, SD area.

Travis is married with three children, and a home farm full of animals and pets such as their two dogs Remi and Gator. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping, hunting, and supporting and participating in local home events.

Mr. Rave’s real estate and construction background started at an early age, working his way up from a carpenter in the construction field to his current position as Principal of Koah Ventures. Due to his past real estate development and construction experience, working in multiple industries and demographics across the country, Mr. Rave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Koah Ventures team.

Jason is married with two beautiful children, and a Dutch Shephard named Duke, the office mascot. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding SxS, camping, fishing, hunting, and pretty much any activities outdoors.

Graduating from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, with a business minor.

Mrs. Sieler has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and a minor in Accounting from Dakota State University, along with certificates in Health Information Management and Medical Coding from Southeast Technical Institute. 

Laurie is married with three children. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching her daughter’s traveling softball team, watching her kids participate in various sports, and spending time with her extended family camping along the Missouri River.  She is also very involved in her children’s music and sports fundraiser booster clubs.
