As Principal of Koah Ventures, Mr. Rave strives to conduct strong leadership for his team and fellow executives. Always leading Koah Ventures high-integrity professionals to be creative, efficient, and effective. Producing the highest quality of client services achievable, approaching all projects with a creative mind set which conveys innovative solutions. Mr. Rave’s real estate and construction background started at an early age, working his way up from a carpenter in the construction field to his current position as Principal of Koah Ventures. Due to his past real estate development and construction experience, working in multiple industries and demographics across the country, Mr. Rave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Koah Ventures team.
Jason is married with two beautiful children, and a Dutch Shephard named Duke, the office mascot. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding SxS, camping, fishing, hunting, and pretty much any activities outdoors.
Graduating from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, with a business minor.
